Maintenance Repair Service is a family-owned HVAC company that has been in business since July 1993. Our main office is located in New Castle, Indiana and we have a satellite office in Muncie, Indiana.
Maintenence Repair Service works on all brands of equipment and provides installation and repair of the following:

• Geothermal units
• Ice machines
• Walk-in coolers
• Walk-in freezers

• Make up air
• Ventilation equipment
• Ductless Mitsubishi and LG units
• Unico Systems
In 1996, we became an authorized TRANE dealer with the status of Presidential Distinguished Dealer, and began selling TRANE products, which are among the best in the HVAC industry. We have more recently achieved the status of Factory Authorized Dealer for the Carrier Corporation, which is the largest supplier of heating and air conditioning equipment in the industry. All of our technicians are factory trained in their field and have high certifications such as NATE, Service One and LG, just to name a few. Technicians who handle freon are all EPA certified. All of our staff is highly trained, friendly, and very courteous. Our company covers all our employees with worker’s compensation, along with a 2 million dollar liability insurance policy. Maintenance Repair Service take great pride in our work and your property, and we provide quality service in a timely manner. We offer 24 hour service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have well-stocked trucks, which carry the parts needed to repair many brands immediately.
